We bring healthcare to the doorstep of deprived communities through mobile clinics, health screenings, preventive education, and medical referrals — turning care from a luxury into a right.

Oasis Project
The Oasis Project addresses one of the most fundamental human needs — access to clean, safe water. Through a solar-powered borehole system, we are providing a sustainable, low-maintenance water source to the MaCare shelter and surrounding community in Akuse, Ghana. This project also includes renewable energy installation and essential medical supplies, ensuring that the children and families at MaCare can live with dignity and resilience for years to come.

How We Govern This Work
Your Donation Is Protected
Every contribution tracked per beneficiary
Funds are held in restricted accounts with dual-approval controls. You can always trace your donation to the specific child or programme it supported.
Licensed specialists lead all clinical decisions
Our Medical Advisory Team — comprising qualified pediatric cardiologists and surgeons — oversees every clinical step. Second opinions are standard, not optional.
Structured reports delivered to donors
Partners and donors receive transparent reports covering programme progress, financial spend, risks encountered, and lessons learned at each stage.
Oversight structure
The initiative is governed by the BHF Board (strategic oversight) → Program Lead (day-to-day execution) → Medical Advisory Team (clinical decisions) — with clear escalation pathways and separation between governance and execution at every level.
